We Are Open & Ready To Serve You

Elective & Preventative Dental Care Now Available

While we have been seeing dental emergencies throughout the pandemic, we are ready to resume treating our patients and their dental needs per Governor Murphy signed Executive Order 145. This order allows offices to resume elective and preventative procedures starting on May 26, 2020.

While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our office’s commitment to you and your safety.

During the past months, we have been training and putting systems and protocols in place to create an even safer and sterile environment than before.

To protect everyone you will need to complete our emergency dental consent form prior to making an appointment. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Download our consent form and save it to your computer. Our form is a fillable PDF so after opening up the file, click and type in the empty fields in order to complete it.
  2. After completing the form save it to your computer again.
  3. Email the completed form to Please include your name and phone number so we can contact you to schedule your appointment.

If you have any questions regarding the form or problems filling it out, please call us at (201) 447-5555.

We have implemented and tested additional safety precautions to help protect our patients and staff.

  • Upon scheduling an appointment, a COVID-19 questionnaire will be emailed to you. This questionnaire must be completed before you arrive at the office. We will postpone treatment for any patient who has experienced or been in contact with someone who has experienced the following symptoms within 14 days of the scheduled appointment date: fever, cough, loss of taste and/or smell, flu-like symptoms, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, and fatigue.
  • We will be scheduling appointments in a manner that promotes social distancing and allows for adequate time for us to disinfect all areas of use between patient appointments.
  • Upon arrival at our office, call us before entering to let us know you have arrived. We will call or text you once the office is ready for you to enter.
  • We ask that patients enter the office unaccompanied, if possible. For patients who need a guardian to accompany them, we ask that this be limited to a single family member.
  • Every person entering the office is asked to wear a face covering and will be asked to sanitize their hands immediately upon entry.
  • Please take your temperature the morning of your appointment. We will confirm no fever with a contactless thermometer upon your arrival.
  • Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, charging stations, children’s toys, and so forth, since these items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
  • Clear plastic screens (sneeze guards) have been installed at the reception area to minimize exposure to airborne pathogens.
  • Medical-grade HEPA air purifiers with UV technology have been installed to help improve the air quality for all patients and staff.
  • Our team will be wearing all the recommended personal protective equipment (PPE).

Thank you for being a part of our dental family. We sincerely value your trust and loyalty.
